What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is then estimated between 6 and 8 days.

Each TABII product page contains a size guide specific to the model. We recommend checking it before ordering.

Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions. Shoes must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

How do I make a return?

What should I do if my item is incorrect, damaged, or defective?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the relevant product so we can review your request.

Are payments secure?
Payments are processed via the secure Shopify environment and the payment methods enabled on the store.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once preparation or shipping has begun, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
