Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. There may be a delay before tracking information appears on the carrier's website.

Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the applicable conditions.

Shoes must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. We recommend trying them on indoors only so as not to mark the soles.
